Our young and passionate team is headed by Marko Gorela, who, despite his young age, is already a highly experienced top chef who has gained significant acclaim. He has trained in renowned restaurants on the Slovenian coast and has won numerous international awards and prizes. Moreover, he is a familiar face in his home country, having been a finalist on the reality TV show "Gostilna išče šefa" (The Inn is Looking for its chef). But despite all his triumphs and successes, he remains of the opinion that the best cook in the world is still his mother.
